My appointment with Patrice was great. Overall, it was a very good experience, and my hair came out great (I think.). My only negative feedback would be that the shampoo bowls are very uncomfortable. This is the second time I have left with a sore head/neck. Other than that, the salon, people and overall experience was great!

his is the first time I have had Jenna do my hair. I am trying to find alternatives to my regular hairdresser to meet with my schedule.

Jenna did the color perfectly and spent a lot of time helping understand the current issues I was having e.g. color too brassy; very dry etc. She is great and I definitely will use her in the future.

Hello.

Saturday was my first visit to your salon. My Stylist was Gabby. She was absolutely wonderful. The experience was very warm and comfortable. Prior to Visual Image I had been with a Stylist in Campbell, CA for ~ 5yrs.. Moving away from her and that salon took a bit of courage as I was very happy there. I do have to say, I’m glad I ventured out. I will of course keep in touch with my old Stylist but I will very much enjoy having my Salon/Stylist so near to my home in Fremont.

If I could do one thing over again Saturday it would be to have Gabby cut my sides shorter. They are a bit longer then I normal, next time! I have already made my 2nd appt. it will be the last week Gabby is in prior to her leaving out on maternity leave. She also made sure to provided me names of two other stylist at your facility that can help me while she is away.

My name is Beth and I recently had a haircut with Joanna. To tell you the truth I was a little hesitant in signing up for a haircut because of the dramatic comments that I've read on yelp but, I tried it anyway. Joanna did fabulous on my hair and gave me the best head massage ever! She took her time and made sure that before she even cut my hair I knew what she was going to do and that's what I loved. She made me feel so comfortable from the moment I got there to the moment she was done making my hair look fabulous. I would definitely go back to her again and would recommend her to all of my family and friends.

Hey Ya'll,

Okay, it's been waay too long since I wrote in on one of these feedback forms, but I couldn't keep quiet about how well Laura did my hair color on my last appointment. This gal can cook! Because she was so good at what she was doing, I assumed that she has already been through most of the training. Imagine my surprise when I found out that she has really only had the color training, and had not yet been to visit the Vidal Sassoon school in Southern California. Folks, Laura definitely has a natural gift for doing hair. The blow dry that she did that day lasted five full days, and still looked great! I just love when that happens...

I understand that it takes a joint effort to hire and retain these very talented young ladies, and the salon management has done a wonderful job of selecting individuals that truly enjoy what they do, and excel at it. My perennial thanks to Denise (my latest cut totally ROCKS! Even on a windy day, I look like a Pantene commercial, with just shaking my hair back into place and it still looking fabulous!), Joanna (for taking such good care of my mom and me :) ), and Laura for doing a dynamite job from start to finish.

Ladies and Gents, as always I look forward to my next salon visit. Thank you for always making it a great experience!

Yesterday, I spent a wonderful 3 hours at Visual Image Salon. I had partial highlights done during a model call with Janet L. as the stylist. She is such a warm person and makes you feel so comfortable. I am a novice when it comes to getting color, but she suggested ideas and talked me through it all. The highlights came out perfect and will go to her the next time I need a touch up or toner. See, I even learned a few things from her!

I have to say, I've never had a "bad" experience at Visual Image. (Well, maybe just one, but that stylist is long gone...) Sanjay keeps my hair in shape and Gaby usually is the one to take care of my color. I love them both. But Gaby has become so popular that with my crazy schedule, it's hard to get in to see her. I finally couldn't stand all the grey coming in, so I went ahead and booked an appointment with Olivia. We had never met. Upon meeting her, she was very pleasant and seemed to understand immediately that I wanted to go dark-REALLY dark- for the winter. She listened, made some suggestions, and then with the confidence of a mentor stylist went right to work. Olivia worked very quickly, but at the same time was very careful to color ONLY my hair- not my ears, forehead, etc. I couldn't believe how fast she was ready to wash, and for a brief moment, I actually worried that perhaps I had been too quick to decide how talented she is. That worry was put to rest, though, as soon as she started drying my hair. I loved it. And, more importantly, my husband loved it. Even my fourteen year old daughter, (who is normally completely indifferent to my hair or whether or not I even have hair), loved it!! I have also had several complements from family and co-workers. So, I just wanted to say thank you, Olivia, for my beautiful color. I only wish it could be permanent!

The salon is wonderful, and the cut I got was great. I do however believe the costs for the services are higher than I would like... with trying times I have to rethink each service I get as well as the purchasing the products. If there were ways to get promotions or coupons more often it would be appreciated... like the gift cards are great!!

I must admit, I was a little scared to try a new stylist, but Joanna was great! She was personable, passionate, and I felt that she really put the client (me) first. Also, the manager (or owner?) came to talk to me about a price issue and was very helpful. Great customer service!

Sorry this is late, but I wanted to make sure that I gave Sanjay and Paul feedback on my most recent appt.

My appt was with Sanjay for a cut and blow dry. Several days before my appt. I talked to Paul and voiced concerns regarding Bumble and Bumble products and my hair color. I have been using Bumble and Bumble for about 1 1/2 years at Visual Image, but I feel that my hair color fades in a couple of weeks. Paul suggested that I bring in the Bumble and Bumble products that I have been using and he and Sanjay would go over them with me.

When I arrived for my appt, Paul was very welcoming and was very interested to talk to me about my concerns. He also consulted with Sanjay and they came up with a plan that I am very happy with. Paul exchanged my existing products for Bumble and Bumble color support products. I am happy with the performance of the color support products.

Sanjay was also very supportive and was interested in what I had to say. He is an amazing stylist and I appreciate the energy he has towards me and the look that I want to achieve. Sanjay spent extra time with me and truly wanted to make sure that his cut and the products were working 100% for me. I am very happy.

The bottom line for me was that Paul and Sanjay were able to focus on me and my needs and concerns and I left feeling like I was truly a valued customer.

You guys and gals are and have been always no. 1.

The courtesy, service and quality of work is always professional and above board. Denise, is someone whom I have the most ultimate trust in and her capacity of ability and obvious creative abilities are unmatched. (Though she still has to work away to get rid of the silver behind the ears bit.)

As for the rest of the shop it is always impeccably inviting and clean and the patrons feel special. It is a place I enjoy going to for what consider a routine six weeks 'chore'.

What amazes me mostly is how you can get such a gathering of beautiful ladies into one location? I have been try to accomplish that for a long time. They are all grand and so very fun to be with.

You saved the day!!!

I had a very important presentation by the Alameda County Fire Department and had my date for this event mixed up. My hair was a bit out of whack and wasn't scheduled to have my hair done til the next week. Your personnel was able to fit me in for hair cut and color and must admit just in the nick of time!!!!

I felt every bit of confidence as I walked on the stage to accept my recognition pin and certificate and shake the hands of the Fire Chiefs and Board of Supervisors.

I wanted to take some time to let you know how amazing Sanjay is! I have "high density" hair and I am very particular about it. I wouldn't trust anyone other then Sanjay to cut my hair. He does amazing work and the compliments I receive are never ending. It is always a pleasant experience and I leave feeling like a super model!

It was really nice to come in to the salon and see so many different stylist greet everyone with a friendly smile and/or "Hello". It is a nice feeling to be surrounded by a welcoming staff.

As always, I look forward to the "magic" Sanjay does on my hair. Although I can not repeat the style I leave with, I can create many different looks. The best part is when I leave the salon and for the next several weeks, I get complements on my new look, hair cut, etc... I especially love the "You don't look old enough...etc." comments. Who wouldn't?

Today, I received these comments:

Wow, you look like a model. (Really, too kind.) You have the shiniest hair at Pioneer (my work place). Where are you going? You look like your going some where special. I love your hair.

I only hope to send my friends, colleagues and relatives your way, so they too can feel this glamorous.

Dear Visual Image Salon,

I had Gabby as my stylist on Sat and I must tell you... I la la la la la la loooooove her! Gabby totally made me feel comfortable with all the chit chat. She is THE only stylist that I have had EVER IN MY LIFE TIME that has really listened to me. I wanted a haircut that people would notice and she suggested a shorter haircut (I had really long hair to the mid of my ribs). She listened to me when I told her I was really traumatized with short haircuts, but she suggested something a little above the shoulders with side swept bangs. She also listened when I said I had thick hair and helped my hair feel lighter and gave it more movement.

Not only did my haircut turn out so cute!!!!!!! She gave me total confidence to rock it. She showed me step by step on how to style it and showed me what products would help me. The thing that really caught my attention though was she wasn't pushing me into buying the products WHICH I HATE everywhere I go. She said go ahead and see how I like the feel of the products when I get home and if I like it, then I can always come back and buy them. It made me feel like she really cared about ME...me as a person. She also showed me different ways to style my hair too. I've only had long hair for so long and I was totally clue less on what to do with my new and improved hair do.

Besides Gabby being superwoman! I love the Visual Imagine Salon all in all. Right when I walked in the receptionist was totally polite, sweet, and funny. (It was a guy that had checked me in). He offered me water and was soo sweet. As I was sitting down waiting for Gabby, I looked around and it seriously did look like what I had always pictured a salon to look like. Stylists that looked up to date, some laid back, some sophisticated, some edgy. I loved the whole mixture of it all. What also caught my eye was that everyone was helping everyone. I 've never seen that in a salon. Usually stylists are in this whole " Every stylist for themself" kind of zone. I also saw the manager of the salon which was surprising to me and he was talking to the customers, checking on his workers to see if they were ok and how they were doing.

I must say, this is the first time I've been to this salon and its a shame... I SHOULD'VE FOUND YOU GUYS EARLIER! This is the best place I've been. And I love the whole bumble and bumble "prescription pad" that you give out to customers to they remember how to style their hair and what products were used. I am sooo definately coming back to this place over and over and over again. I love Gabby, she is my superwoman! I would definately suggest this salon!!!

I had a color appointment with Daniella for the hair color open model call you had last week. Daniella was great, she listened to what I wanted and delivered. The color she choose was exactly what I wanted, she was very informative in telling me how the color will change as the weeks progress, giving me realistic expectations.

Britta has been my stylist for several years. I have watched her develop from an advanced stylist to a mentor and she is great. She is really good with color and can copy a picture of a hairstyle perfectly. She is extremely personable, has a very pleasant attitude and is always cheerful no matter what is going on around her. I like the fact that she is willing to help and coach me into maintaining my styles between visits and that she does not see this as a distraction from personal business.

Overall I like the salon and the management - they go out of their way to ensure customer satisfaction - a feat not too common in this day and age. If something is not right they are very willing to fix it immediately.

I LOVE the color (this was my first time going darker and I love it!!!) but my only concern is I didn't even think to do my eyebrows so now I have dark hair with very light eyebrows. My most recent visit with Patrice was, as always, a positive experience. I leave the salon feeling great! Even though I have to people in my family who have their licenses, I prefer the "salon" experience. I am impressed also by the receptionists who ask me if I would like a beverage before Patrice greets me for my appointment. Also, Patrice listens carefully when I ask questions about hair care and product, and this last time, when I arrived to pay for my appointment, there was a baskef of products discussed, and Patrice helped me select the two preferred products per our discussion. I like that Patrice is patient, helpful and always courteous, and she does not try to push products on me, but allows me the time during my appoint to make the decision for myself. She has all the skills and uses them wisely!

s always great customer service at your reception desk and of course Jen is my favorite hair stylist!!!! I always appreciate the cleanliness, good music, great coffee and snacks, and above all the atmosphere generated throughout the salon. Your magazine selection and ability to buy the hair products is an added plus.

My dad had a saying "you get what you pay for" and that is so true. Sure I could go to a salon that charged less, but I am always complimented about my hair cut and color from persons that work with me and complete strangers in department and grocery stores. I always love my hair after Jen works her miracle color and cut.....your salon is the best!!!

I wanted to provide feedback regarding my appointment on Tuesday (8/19). This was actually a "re-do" after a bad experience a few days earlier.

This experience was amazing. It could not have been more different from the previous visit. I was scheduled with Linda S. To be honest, she worked a complete miracle. She was able to give me a stylish and fantastic haircut. The other stylist had left a total disaster but Linda turned it into an amazing and extremely positive experience.

I am so impressed and so incredibly grateful. Not only was Linda amazing, the whole staff were kind, considerate and my heartfelt thanks goes to all of them.

I recently got my hair cut by Amy. It was a great experience.

I had been looking for a stylist who knows how to cut curly hair. For literally years I would get my haircut and it would always end the same way. My hair shaped like a bell, putting it up in a pony tail and waiting to grow it out to do it all over again.

I was anticipating the same results this time. Pleasantly surprised the results were different. AMAZING! I was happy. My hair looks great. Amy shaped it perfectly. The curls fall just right. If I don't want to I don't have to do anything to it, but if I do want to style it or flat iron my hair takes on a completely different great look.

I have already made my next appointment. Amy thanks so much for making my hair look so great and not have to wear a pony tail or hat today.

I am very happy with my hairdresser, Jessica. I've been going to her for almost a year now and I couldn't be happier. Everytime I go in for my hair cuts I never have to tell her how I want my cut, she already knows how I like it. The last time I was in there I had her do my highlights, I was a little hesitant because I haven't been able to find someone that can do highlights without making them look overdone or too brassy. But after explaining to her what I wanted, she got right to work. I have to say that she did a wonderful job and I will definetly keep coming back.

I had a great haircut with Justin. I am very pleased with the way he styled my hair and I really appreciated that he took the time to talk about the cut I wanted as well as give me some suggestions about new styles to try.

I was, however, very disappointed with the service that I received regarding a scheduling problem that I experienced for this appointment. I scheduled my appointment online for a cut with Justin on June 26 at 3 pm. After receiving an email confirmation for the appointment for this time and stylist, I went to the salon for my appointment. When I arrived at the salon, I was told that Justin did not work at this time and that my appointment was with Tiffany. The only option offered to me was to reschedule my appointment for the following day. I do not live close to Visual Image and I lost a lot of time going to my appointment and then having to reschedule it. When I brought my confirmation email in the next day, the receptionist took it and said that she would follow up. I did not receive an apology for this confusion, nor have I heard anything more about this mix-up. I am very disappointed with the service that I received regarding this mistake. Justin was great and was unaware of this problem; however, my experience with the salon was unpleasant due to this mistake and the way in which it was handled.

They are very professional but very down to earth and will go out of their way to help you and to make your visit a comfortable one. She goes out of her way to make your visit wonderful and if probelms arise with your appt she will work magic to work you in where she can.

Hello, I enjoyed my haircut at visual image. I was quite satisfied with my service with Teresa. She gave me great hair styling tips and was very courteous.

I didn't quite like the receptionists, because they failed to offer me a glass of water when I've been there several times before and have been at least offered. It's not the fact that I wanted something, but when you pay a top notch price you expect good service also.

I would really like to suggest for visual image to have a hair styling lesson for their valued customers who don't know how to style their hair after they leave the salon. When a person's hair looks good, others also want to know where they get their haircuts etc etc...this will bring more business to visual image and help your customers feel good and fabulous about their hair!

I have to pay $74.00 every time I get my hair done, it is real short anyway. I know I asked for the person who does $74.00 hair cuts. I guess We get what we pay for in quality. My regular stylist Amy was backed up on time and would not be able to fit me. Fortunately, she realized this well before I walked in the door in and had receptionist Stephanie called me with a complete explanation and several alternatives.

Even though I could not make my mind up on what to do initially Stephanie handled my call very well and was very understanding. I finally chose to get my hair cut at the same time I was originally booked for with another stylist at the same level (Britta) that Amy recommended and was very happy with my haircut.

She even introduced me to some new product that I liked very much and wound up purchasing. Amy was wonderful and greeted me even though she had her hands full and stopped by while I was getting my haircut to make sure I was comfortable and that the general integrity of what we normally do with my hair was being followed.

Thank you all for a job well done again. Your professionalism is refreshing & appreciated. The only down side to the whole visit is that I didn't get to see Boris or Paul who always brighten my day! Keep up the good work.

My experience on Saturday was fabulous. Plus, the stylist and staff were pleasant as usual. While at VI, I over heard somebody mention a makeover/remodel for VI. That would be nice. If so, I would like to point out the stylist all wear black, which blend in with the black chairs and robs that the customers wear. I honestly think that the stylist are unique in there own way and should stand rather than blend. Just one opinion.

VI should puts together a survey about the store and staff. The survey could be emailed to customers, which could include a 10% of next visit if he or she replies. Just another thought!

Hi Visual Image,

I had an appointment on 4/10/08 with Justin. Justin was running behind, so Patrice was my stylist. The funny thing was that Patrice had actually done my hair before when she filled in for my previous stylist at another salon this past November! She did a great job on my hair then, and this time was only better!

Now I've had an opportunity to live with the haircut for the past few days and I have to say - I LOVE IT!!!! It is easy to style, I can wear it straight or put in a curl, it is flattering to my face - and my mom said it makes me look younger! What more could I ask for!?

Also, I love the Bumble & bumble products Patrice used on my hair and purchased the thickening tonic & spray. They are great - the best product I've ever used! While I can't make my hair look just as great as Patrice did with a blow dryer, I am still extremely pleased!

Although I was very happy with my experience at my appt on Sat, I am very unhappy with my haircut. I went in with long hair and asked for a specific type of cut (shoulder length in back, longer in the front). My hair is basically the same length all the way around and the back was layered so short that it looks quite odd unless styled professionally or put up in a clip. Perhaps I should have been more specific and more conservative but for now, until it grows, I just want to cry. Like I said, I enjoyed my visit, my stylist was very nice and professional. Perhaps my next visit will result in a satifactory style. So far, the only time I have been there and been completely satisfied was an appt I had with Jenna. I think I will try for an appt with her next time.....

Hi!

I found the salon listed on a website called YELP, and there were mixed reviews listed about Visual Image. After reading the reviews on YELP I went to the Visual Image website to do a little research on the salon before making my opinion about the salon. I was surprised that there were different levels of stylists and I was worried about the quality of service each stylist would provide. I was really nervous when it came to choosing a stylist, because I didn't know what kind of service I would get for my money.

When I arrived no one greeted me or noticed that I walked in and sat down, which was disappointing to me. Another girl walked in after I did and the receptionist noticed her and asked her sign in to the registry.

Once I finished signing the registry I was greeted by Justin, my stylist. I wasn't sure if he would be able to help me find a cut that would suit my hair, since I had never ever been able to find a style that works with my hair type. When I was telling/showing him what I wanted he already knew what style I was going for and he was finishing my sentences =). I was very very happy with Justin's service, he knew what I wanted and he knew how to cut my hair to give me a manageable style. I love my hair and I would recommend Visual Image to anyone!

Thanks for contacting me for feedback on my recent visit to Visual Image. I have nothing but great things to say about Britta, the hair stylist I have been seeing since July 2007. I have always experienced complete satisfaction after each visit with her.

I am an "old school" lady who always liked long hair with lots of curl and body. Britta is such an expert that I now have much shorter hair and LOVE it!!! There is one unfortunate drawback, the cost is so expensive that I will have to make my visits to Britta on special occasions only. As much as I would love to have her for all times, I just simply can't afford it. I will look forward to my special visits!

I was in for the first time on Weds., March 19 and saw Victoria. I am very happy with my new hair style and color. I have gotten compliments from everyone! Also, I loved that it is a style that I can actually do myself (of course not as good as she did, but close!). Victoria is awesome. I can't say enough. She is patient and very professional. I can tell that she spends alot of time on each of her appointments, and I appreciate that. I used to go to a very "famous" salon in San Francisco, and was very disappointed with there service. Great service is hard to find, and I definitely found that with Victoria.

Whatever your paying her, pay her double. She is worth it. I do sales, so I always believe you have to treat your "front-line" as good as possible. It's your hairstylist who is the ones that represent your company and having great rapport and great service from them is so important.

If you have any questions, please contact me. I will continue to refer business to Victoria as long as she is there.

I love coming in to Visual Image. Though the prices are a bit high, the service is impeccable. If I have to wait I'm always offered something while I wait (beverage). This particular visit was just for a bang trim (no charge), but the service was just as good and I really enjoy Gabby as a stylist!

I always have a good experience when I come into the salon. Christina, a Junior Stylist, colors my hair. For being a newer stylist, she knows alot about color and how to get the effects we want. I emphasize "we" because Christina is really good at communication. We talk pretty much the entire time, she makes sure we discuss options before even starting the process, and she makes sure I am happy with the results. Even though, Christina is not cutting hair for now, I don't mind driving in from South San Jose from work just for the color- it's that worth it! And I always love my hair!!

I am very happy with my new cut and color. Linda did a marvelous job. I have had many compliments and requests for your location/phone. But I can’t do it right!! Is it possible to set up an appointment for “training the idiot to do her own hair”?

One thing: I know your stylists need good light to do good work, but can the lighting be softened a little? Currently it highlights every sag, blemish, and wrinkle. It is so nice to at least have our illusions.

I have been going to your salon for a little over 3 years. I am very happy with the service that I receive from Tiffany. Recently she went over and above. I woke up on a Saturday morning and decided that I wanted my highlights touched up. I knew that she would be booked but called anyway hoping for a cancelation. Unfortunately she didn't have one. I had an appointment coming up in a couple weeks and thought it would be OK. I was thrilled when I got a call later saying that she would go in on Sunday to get me taken care of. I got to walk into work Monday without hating my roots and my hair looking perfect.

Having an employee with this type of service, dedication, and skill makes your salon look even better.

Regarding my hairdresser (is that the word they used these days?) is absolutely the BEST! She (Gaby) understands what I want before I even have the words out of my mouth....I'm still mumbling away trying to explain to her and she already got it....and she is always 100% right on....Love her!!!

I had an appointment with Tiffany for a hair cut. when i went in a was nervous but i have been wanting to get highlights for a while. i had virgin hair walking in for my appointment. needless to say long story short i told her kinda an idea of what i would like and it turned out even better than i could have imagined and my cut was fabulous. Tiffany has made me into a DEFINITE REPEAT CUSTOMER. she is wonderful and i have found a fantastic stylist in her and am very thankful. the salon atmosphere was also very modern and hip. overall i enjoyed my first time experience in the salon and will see Tiffany in 3 months.

I was extremely grateful to find that the salon is trying to open on Sundays which to me is much more convenient being a working woman and all. Although I was the only one there that day, several people dropped in, probably surprised to see that the salon was open, and they wanted to see if someone could help them. You somehow need to convince more of your employees that although they may not like working on Sundays, being in the industry that you are in, you have to make it more convenient for your clients. Then they.. can just choose a different day to take off or something. Just my two cents worth.

Oh yes and of course, as always, I was pleased with my results that only Tiffany the magician can accomplish with my type of hair.

No complaints here, just lots of praise: I came in with somewhat of an idea for my cut & color, and trusted Christina to do her magic. She gave me a beautiful style and gorgeous color and showed me how to style it myself (which took me a few tries at my house, but now I've got it down pat). The mentor stylists were very accommodating and helpful, and the receptionists were awesome as well (I had come in a few weeks before to buy new shampoo and one of the girls gave me some great suggestions for the products).

I really appreciate the fact that Christina listened to my wants & needs and was able to put together a great cut that's very fitting. It's crazy how many compliments I receive and how many people want to know who's doing my hair. I just direct them to Visual Image & to ask for Christina...

I recently had my hair colored and cut by the mentor sylist, Denise. It was fabulous and I have gotten a lot of comments from my family, friends and co-workers. I let Denise pick the color and it is perfect, a very lush, rich, deep brown. I also let her pick the cut as my only requirements were that it is easy to style and my husband wanted me to keep the length for the most part. Again, it is great! Thank-you for a wonderful experience as usual.

Hi!! I cant tell you how much i loved my hair on Saturday 2/23... I have very very long hair and most places i have gone to dont do a good job. I very first to Visual Image was on saturday 2/23. I was in and out within a half hour!!!! I normally leave salons an hour and half later spending $$ on a hair do that i dont like. Visual Image totally totally made my day and night. I went to the party feeling and looking like a million dollars. Thanks to Miss Gaby my hair looked wonderful.... I will most definately will be back for future hair do's....

My last visits was one of my worst experiences ever. I was in for a partial highlight appointment starting at 9am. The service did not start till a little before 9.30am. The hair color turned out to be a horrible vivid color of red! I was in the salon from 9am - 2pm for a really bad hair color job. To top it all I spent $150 + tip on a service that I did not like. My usual experience is very nice, however I was totally let down this time

My experience at visual image was phenominal. Especially Jen and the girls at the front desk. In September, had a horrible haircut from another hair salon, and I came to Jen at Visual Image, and she said the best thing for me to do, was to let it grow out and get healthy. I really appreciated her honesty, and waited 5 months to come back to get my haircut. She was so nice, and my hair looks fabulous! I'll definitly be back and refer tons of people to your salon! As always, I am very pleased with the overall services provided by the Staff of Visual Image. Jen is my stylist who provides a strong, caring and personal level service to me. She does a super job! The receptionists are always so friendly and it is nice they know me by name. This is a nice personal touch. Boris always makes a point to go around and talk with his clients. Again, a very nice touch you don't see at many salons today.

I always look forward to my next adventure at Visual Image; it is a cool place to hang out for a few hours!

I don't live in Fremont anymore and I used to go to you guys when I lived here. I had messed up the color of my hair and came in for help. Since I was flying back soon, I had a really limited amount of time to get it fixed. The ladies were very accommodating and got me in the very next day. I had a consultation and the hair dresser (I forgot her name, sorry) was amazing. She not only corrected the color, she really made it beautiful. She was so sweet and I enjoyed my time there. I am on my way back to Texas and I know that the next time I am here visiting family, I will come in to get my hair touched up.

Sanjay did an AWESOME job on my hair. As a working woman and wife, sometimes it is hard to remember to treat myself every once and awhile. I think I've been reminded now WHY I need to, my hair looks amazing and I love it and I feel so much better about myself. It gave me a boost of confidence. Daniella is the greatest too! If it were up to me, I think she's totally ready to go to "The Bel." She took her time while washing my hair and the massage she gave me, I would have paid 50 bucks alone for. I described to her what I kind of wanted to do and she suggested a shade darker than what I had intended but it was okay because I'm always up for change. I've had long hair for many years but recently I decided to cut it all off and try a shorter and bolder cut. My stylist, Teresa, did an amazing job and since I told her that I have a very low to no maintenance approach to my hair she showed me quick and very easy ways to instantly polish my look. I've had very bad experiences with short haircuts so I was very nervous about the whole process, but she really took the texture of my hair into consideration and worked out a plan of action with me. I saw her once over six months ago and quite honestly have had a crush on her hair cutting abilities since then.
